Payment is determined by the country’s location.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, My Fatoorah payment gateway, and cash on delivery in Kuwait.

Many credit cards require a two-factor authentication process. Once you input your credit card details and confirm the payment, a page will appear asking for a pin or password. This extra security measure is managed by your bank.

For other countries like Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman, payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and the My Fatoorah Payment gateway.

Return Policy

1-Returns products

In accordance with global retail industry standards and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges of skincare, make-up, and cosmetics products unless they are damaged or faulty, and this is during the delivery of the products.

The cost of the returned product will be provided as a gift voucher to the site or a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Refunds Policy.

2.1 Returned products before delivery to the customer due to the customer canceling the purchasing order within 24 hours before delivery.

2.2 Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within 3 working days and determined based on purchasing methods.

Once your return is received and inspected, it will be examined. You will be notified immediately if we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for opened or used products. An email will be sent to inform you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you return items approved, then your refund will be processed based on the purchasing method.

Cancellation Policy

In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. You may cancel your order by logging into your account. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, it falls under the returns policy stated above.
